S-World Shares.

I’d like to make it clear that the below is a suggestion.

Like many parts of S-World, I have provided an idea, to be worked on by experts in the field. Exactly how FaceBook and S-World will officially be joined is yet to be suggested, but I would like S-World to be the official e-commerce platform for FaceBook, where most if not all e-commerce, travel and real estate sales go through it.

So here goes for my idea of S-World the company set up

I wish there to be 2 different types of Share Holders, Voting Share Holders and Dividend Share Holders.
100% of voting shares will be split 50% me and maybe some people who add, Sir Richard Branson, HKL Films, George Michael and Dumani Mandela for instance, the other 50% to be split between Mark, Chris, Sheryl and whoever else they see fit.

As for dividend shares, well, half goes to the “Charity, Ecology, Science and Global Economic Stability” Kitty, as for the rest…….

Now I hope I’m not speaking out of turn but I was hoping like me, Mark and maybe some others will be happy to take no dividend payable shares.

And so if we were to give 25% of payable shares in S-World to current FaceBook share holders, it will actually be the same as 50%, and that’s a good offer. If we can go lower all the better, I can see no strategic benefit in giving shares to FaceBook share holders, all be it I’m sure someone else will offer me an opinion sooner or later.

It certainly makes sense for FaceBook employee’s to have ownership in the project, and a share of this new found wealth. To many, money is not only an essential commodity, it also is a status symbol of one’s work achievements. Few are not motivated by money in one way or another. And if I can make FaceBook employees on mass, consider, think about, then add to S-World, then we are all moving in the desired direction.

It makes a lot of sense to distribute S-World shares to current FaceBook members, No matter what happens in the future, these members are the committed Fan base and as such if given shares, will be for ever loyal, and most welcoming to the idea of buying just about everything from FaceBook. The more they spend the more they earn, and the more goes towards mending the planet, an evolution in branding and customer retention.

It makes sense to hold back some shares for maybe a year or two, to give to new loyal FaceBook members who have joined, this will increase FaceBook membership, and usage.

If we go this root, I’d suggest that all FaceBook member share holders are not allowed to sell there shares, rather they just get dividends once a year, this keeps their loyalty.

So for now my suggestion is this.

20% FaceBook share holders
20% FaceBook employees
37.5% FaceBook members
20% FaceBook future members
2.5% People who have helped me, my family and friends

Please remember this is just a suggestion. Far from my field of expertise and based solely on marketing and branding.
