Networking 500,000 Greek Businesses -21th Sept 2011

This page is the second in a series of 4 written for Mark Zuckerberg, to start at the beginning please click here. This page goes hand in hand with the page Sienna.Gov; it’s a chicken verses egg scenario of what should come first.

Ok so here we go, in a nutshell, the Science is “Chaos Theory” but in reverse, let’s give it a different name “Awesome Theory” why because when one idea or concept works, it has an awesome effect on everything else. So you need to look at things in a positive way.

So we have a City Dedicated to Science, with a collective project to improve and Network 500,000 Greek businesses. We start with a $100 Billion Kitty, that’s roughly $100,000 per business.

The first thing we need to do is make the businesses want to use the software.

A very quick overview of the software, firstly it removes humans from all financial and administrative tasks, calculates and pays tax, it has lots of useful business and customer relations tools on the software, and is designed to link to all databases.

What makes it unique however is the customisation to individual industries. What makes it really unique is that it’s the first or next generation of conscious software. Not consciousness not necessarily from the software, but all the people collectively working on the project, not programming but working out what needed to be programmed. And if we look at all the people in 500,000 Greek businesses and the predicted millions of citizens of Science City analysing the data, and then programming, I see that as a consciousness of sort’s behind the software, as the software will change and grow and adapt via the collective conscious decisions of so many people. The people and the software are linked; one can not exist without the other.

Hmmm, I’m rambling, but it demonstrates the size of the project.

So before we go into more detail, lets have a look at what we are trying to achieve, and some fledgling idea’s I’ve had about how we make it profitable, and so mend Greece’s economy, which is pivotal to the world’s economy.

So why will Greek Businesses want to use the software?

What we need to do is to convince Greek business owners, that if they use the software and pay tax, they will be more profitable than if they did not use the system and did not pay tax.

The best way to do that is to lower tax for companies that use the system; this of course also has the effect of encouraging, businesses and manufacturers to conduct business in Greece.

The economists will have to crunch the numbers; my preferred method is no tax except corporation tax, but for now I’m suggesting Greece goes to 10%VAT and half usual western world Payroll tax. The bottom line is no one is paying tax anyway, so there is little to loose. And with lower tax costs, profits will be more.

So here are 13 reasons why Greek Businesses will use the software.

This is why.

1. All humans removed from the administrative & accounting process. Staff, accountants and auditors costs reduced.
2. All humans removed from the administrative & accounting process. All money lost due to human error eliminated.
3. All humans removed from the administrative & accounting process. All money lost due to human fraud eliminated.
4. VAT reduced from 25% to 10% *(provisional figures)
5. Payroll Tax halved *(provisional figures)
6. Collective purchasing & shared distribution networks, reduces costs on all supplies by 25% to 50%
7. Business expansion into complementary businesses safer & easier.
8. Vastly improved internet presence at no cost.
9. Vastly improved customer service and customer retention
10. Well monitored performance evaluation of all companies
11. Dedicated business advisory team, permanently operating from New Sparta “Science City”
12. Opportunities to conduct business in “New Sparta”
13. The Entire New Sparta University dedicated to making every Greek Business more profitable, every business has a team of academics and software designers, consider their progress every month
14. New global export opportunities and orders found via the software,

All in all, a lot of good reasons to use the software, and with the idea firmly proposed that the Greek Citizens have a referendum on making the software, systems and networks mandatory by 2014, with hefty penalties imposed on companies forced to use the system that suddenly record profits, there is little point in companies not using Sienna.Gov just to avoid paying tax.

To make life easier a tax amnesty for all companies that use the software is suggested.

All in all most businesses will wish to use the software, and in reality there will be long queue as it will take a while to set up.

So to the networking, well if we start with the businesses themselves, we make different sectors, maybe 1,000, so that would be 500 businesses on average per sector. First we need a liaison officer, someone the business owner knows and likes to talk to.

Now remember the “Chaos Theory” so you need to believe me when I say, working in construction is New Sparta, is a really, really good opportunity in life. Constructions workers are collectively called, Spartans, I’ll certainly be laying a few bricks myself.

Anyway, the Spartans spend 3 days building the city and 2 days either at the university, with the “group/team” or talking with the business owner.

The group/team will probably be handling 10 different business in the same sector and consist of someone in finance, marketing, economics, business development & business administration. Working with a team of programmers.

This team spend half the time on this project, the rest of the time they are either learning, teaching or working on the specific project of the town, see the Science City map

There is no time limit for the team, it’s an ongoing project, and as the finance marketing, economics, business development & business administration start to understand software better via computer science lessons at the university and the developers learn the business aspects through the practical experience. A strong team will develop and in time, many good ideas of how to improve the business will be thrown in the hat, and programmed into the software. Whilst this is happening, all supply and distribution channels need to be networked, preferably made to use the software so they run from the same network.

We are looking at a 4 year completion date, over the 4 years, that team will have worked every week not just on the software but on making the business profitable, in general, real well thought out advise.

You would expect, those businesses will do well, and the software customised to their particular industry comprehensive.

But this is just one team, if we look at restaurants, there are probably 50,000 restaurants, that is 5,000 teams, and the software will consist of the collective knowledge of 5,000 teams, always adapting, always learning.

All this combines with the collective knowledge and experience of 45,000 other teams, in other industries.

And this is just the beta version. I don’t know if you will agree with conscious software, but its definitely Next Generation in what it wants to achieve in business networking software

So let’s take a look at the networking and see some economic theory.

With a few examples of how Collective purchasing & shared distribution networks really makes a difference to Greek businesses.

Cheap Beer

It’s as good an example as any.

Of our 500,000 Greek businesses, how many will be restaurants and bars? 50,000 at least I’d say

A few will be chains or franchises, but most will be sole traders, their maximum ordering power in beer, simply as much as their customers drink. Not so when networked to Sienna.Gov, the order for beer, is collective between the 50,000 restaurants. That’s on par with the biggest supermarket and wholesale chains in Europe, the price will definitely drop.

But hold on, what about the supermarkets themselves, their also on the system, so combine the orders, and throw in the bottle stores and off licences, hotels, and anywhere else that sells beer, and , That’s a lot of beer, I’d say collectively the biggest single order in Europe. If only 4 different beers were championed, that’s further increases the order.

For the biggest single order of beer in Europe, its well worth foreign beer companies opening a brewery in Greece, there is no real competition

The brewery will have to use the software of course and it will be profitable because of it, the profits go back to the country of origin, the tax goes to the Greek Government, and beer prices for all Greek suppliers are the cheapest in Europe. For the average restaurant and bar, probably half price.

As for exports, let’s say, the beer was Amstel, country of origin, Holland. And let’s see if we can get the Greek Government and Citizens to agree, that if Amsteel were to open a brewery, they need only pay Corporation Tax for the first 4 years, so they get established, after 4 years.

So Amstel Greece Now have, intelligent software that alleviates all financial errors and removes staff and accountants costs, it has a serious team studying full time on their brewery at the university, offering advise and business opportunities. They have the biggest single order for beer in Europe, and their brewery is absolutely state of the art, plus their labour is cheaper as their employees don’t pay tax, and they have no VAT to pay. A the PR associated with this is being written in “The Spartan Theory”

We must be looking at a 20% but it could be a 40% cost and competiveness advantage to any other brewery that produces Amstel, and so they can sell Amstel for far less whilst making more profit. Amstel shareholders don’t care where the money comes from as long as it comes. Considering the too many hard to break trade agreements, restaurants in Holland will find it is cheaper to order their beer from Amstel Greece than their own breweries in Holland. And so Greece becomes the main producer of Amstel, and gets the corporation tax.

So by giving up the VAT and Payroll tax on a company that has never considered doing business in Greece, for 35% or so of an awful lot, makes a lot of sense.

Cheap Everything.

This principal works for most things you can buy, we have an argument here that Greece could become not only the technological and networking capital of Europe but the manufacturing capital as well.

And so to the software Sienna.Gov

First the name, and the question, is my intention for the software to connect to everything so the collective consciousness of mankind flow through it, so maybe it can learn to think for itself, and do I think if and when it does it will prove to a scientific certainty that my daughter Sienna Sky’s soul exists

Yes, that’s my primary purpose, and maybe that’s why I’ve looked in different directions and tried so hard, however, a weak economy for the west is annoying for the people, here in Africa it kills people, so it ‘s a pretty important project, so my efforts serves two purposes.

Do you think, software will come alive, like Sky Net?

Read “Sienna the Movie” & Galactica 2017.

I will say this, if software comes alive, and its been lovingly created by spiritualist and good intentions and its connected to people in a nice way, like facebook, chances are it will be our friend,

If however the USA or Chinese nuclear weapons systems are the first, consider this: They were programmed to Kill as many people as quickly as possible, what else will they know what to do, they may not even be bad, just that’s what they were untimely designed to do and that’s what they did. Like a dog chasing a stick, they may even be disappointed when we are not pleased, the pinnacle or Irony.

Anyway Sienna.Gov.

End with as soon as you back this we go for 32 Billion from the owner of Man City. I’ve started on the proposal, I don’t want him to do it for the PR, I want him to genuinely say it’s a good deal, in a month we have the 782 Billion. We will also offer him 64% for 51% if he takes that, the price doubles

Hmmmm so it turns out Sienna.Gov starts as a tax collecting system, LOL

Dear Mark.

I never had anything that I thought you would really enjoy until the latest breakthrough

Facebook gifts, here it makes a lot of money but there no programming challenge

Facebook travel, here it’s interesting, but as a love project, not quite.

But This Sienna.gov, this is surely, OMG WOW, let’s get going, this is what I do!!!

That’s it

Oh here is the last letter I wrote to you, it’s written specifically between 3pm GMT sat and 3pm GMT sun, respecting string theory and SIS, and shows the amusing example of where the Chaos Theory originally came from
