I’m a Realist, I believe in solid fact
  26th Sept 2011

Dear Sir/Madam.

Thank you for your time and welcome to the EEE hypothesis (The New 21st Century Ecological Experience Economy) commonly known as the “Spartan Theory”

The experience economy already exists, we are adding to the experience with various concepts many highlighted in the facebook travel and product sections.

The ecological aspect is found within the New Sparta land development plans; in this hypothesis both the experience and the ecology are intrinsically linked.

What we need is people’s invaluable knowledge and opinion; we ask the question of you “please find one single flaw in the “EEE” hypothesis”. This is not a trick question there will be many mistakes, some positive some negative, we will give one example of each.

The simplest Billions making function “The facebook Gifts Idea” was based on 500 Million members not 750 Million and so if you estimate facebook make $50 Billion a year it should be $75 Billion (note: we have not included this as an income source just a gift to facebook for their participation.

On the other hand we mistakenly estimated the interest on Greece’s $454 Billion at 10% which showed a $30 Billion yearly saving if we bought Greece’s dept and charged them at an AAA rating. This was incorrect; it seems to be about 4% interest rate so making the exorcise less effective.

The main question will be, can they raise the $792 Billion, This figure is split between 16 industries and usually four 25% sharing companies, the highest investment $16 Billion over 8 years of which only $4 Billion is mandatory, the rest optioned.

The first individual we will approach is Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, click here to see the current draught of the investment invitation.

Current estimates show a $16 Billion investment will over 10 years return low forecast $130 Billion (provisional figure). High forecast $500 Billion.

What this means to you is we can take three 50% hits, (E.g. we estimated a 100 and it was actually 50)
The odds of us being that wrong are small, and that’s a fact.

The following pages are where facts need to be checked, below that specific questions please give us 10 minutes of your time and try and find one single flaw in this EEE hypothesis, or answer 1 of the below questions to the best of your ability.

We are particularly interested in tax yields for Greece and the actual annual increase in Greece’s dept; we currently think it’s around $41 Billion.

Questions we desire the answers to

Please email Answer@s-world.biz

1: How much will Greece’s dept increase in 2011
2: What is Greece’s estimated vat, payroll and corporate tax yield’s in 2011
3: What were they in 2010
4: How much of Laconia is owned by the church
5: How open will the E.U be to New Sparta having closed borders to all except Greek citizens
6: How much power will a $1 Billion dam put out
7: How much will it cost to build a 6, 8 or 10 lane motorway if the contract was for over 100Km’s
8: Same for trains
9: How much power does a train use
10: How much will building prices lower in percentage if the order was for 2 Million houses and apartments over 8 Years
11: Logistically with an unlimited budget and approval of our rezoning plans, how long will it take until 100,000 people can work there, and 500,000 and 1 Million
12: We desire costs for all aspects of construction, working under the premise, we optimally balanced the size of the order and the logistics, to explain, we take advantage of large orders and collective purchasing, whilst adhering to the logistics of building the city at a pace that does not mean supplies and man power are at a shortage and so become more expensive
13: We desire information on the cheapest way to power New Sparta (2 Million houses, ½ a Million shops, collages and other buildings)
14: We desire general information electricity usage on industrial land (factories etc.) (Specifically average electricity consumption in 1 Km sq of European industrial land)

Thank you very much, there are hundreds more questions but these are the priority
.
Obviously there are lots of answers to each question but if we have a 100 answers to how much does a motorway cost we have better knowledge than now as we currently only have 3 estimates US $100 Million per Km sq, $20 Million per Km sq and $30 Million Per Km sq.
