How to raise 1 Billion for the initial development of FaceBook
Travel Software 17th August 2011

Alongside “FaceBook Travel” we make a partner company “Experience Travel” each year we sell 10% of “Experience Travel” to selected partner companies in the travel sector. The sale of the first 10% will raise the US$ 1 Billion. Unlike normal companies, we do not see a profit return from our 90% holding in Experience Travel, all profits go to the new investors.

The profits from “FaceBook Travel” and “Experience Travel” are split 50/50 and as such share holders in “Experience Travel” will be looking at an $8.5 Billion dividend share in 2017.

Each year 10% will be sold, by 2017 60% of shares will have been sold, if one had invested US$ 1 Million in the first round, one would expect to see a US$ 1.4 Million dividend return, a truly amazing investment opportunity, especially as such a dividend return will see the share value increase, mainly tenfold.
60% of company sold makes $8,500,000,000 profit / 6 = 1,416,666,667 for the original 10% allocation priced at $1,000,000,000 / 1000 for a $1,000,000 investment = $1,416,667 dividend return.

Looking at these figures one may be tempted to price the initial 10% share block higher, I currently disagree, making the purchase price as low as we have, allows us to choose partners.

The potential to make amazing dividends is far from all that our new partners will be investing in, they will be collectively investing in the development of systems that will improve their efficiency in their own business, as we commit $700 Million of the Billion Raised directly into development, and promise this is just the start of a far larger investment.

Factor in the wanton desire for any travel company to connect to FaceBook’s 500 Million members, all of whom are potential new clients and you already have a must buy.

Allow them to use the “Give Half Back”, founder member brand logo, and crank up the PR machine, praising big names that are committed to helping the planet, and there can be no arguments that the $US 1 Billion target will quickly be reached.

Especially when you consider, the maximum any big company can invest is $US 12.5 Million, and the maximum any small company or accommodation venue can invest is $US 781,250 in trade (they give us room nights to sell on/pay no cash)

First we split the world into 16 Global Territories and the Travel Industry as a whole into 5 sectors: Travel Agent, Tour Operator, Accommodation, Air Lines and Car Hire

This model was based on the business plan working in Africa, and I can certainly make it work here, my first 3 targets would be The Zambezi Queen, Singita and The One & Only Resorts. With a Director of business development business card, I could easily get this commitment, and if I can get investment in Africa, I can do so all over the world.

As soon a few big names have signed up, the rest will come to us and so we raise a $1,000,000,000 for development and operations.

Predicting how long this will take is not an exact science, if from the word go, we not only concentrate on making a visual demonstration of the software & tighten up the business plan, we also have a research team assessing the best travel partners, from across the globe, I’d expect to present to some big names in 3 months, and have the rest mopped up, save a few stragglers within 6 months.

Within this time we could have fully adapted and developed the Travel Plan to Real Estate and Property Development, seeing meetings with major players within 5 months and full investment within 8 months.
