Who’s this new guest star? Une Lottering.

Une is someone who just created a huge ripple of positivity into my life, and inspired a new approach to this chapter, which was to be a serious look at the USA debt crisis and offer solutions in a serious analytical way. Then write a similar chapter for businessbook.

Well thanks to Une, I’m not going to do that anymore, facebook, businessbook The Global Trade Network), the USA debt crisis and USA economics are all intrinsically interlinked. In the proportions needed, one can not exist without the other. So we’re going to mix them up and try to make it simple enough for a smart 12 year old to understand.
That simplicity is at the heart of the software design. If ever business and government systems was networked and supported by 10 or so million business analyst’s, advisers and programmers, all the information the president needs is available in real time in a way a smart 12 year old or average 14 year old can understand.

5.17 pm Friday December 31st 2011

I’ve decided to make this chapter a book in itself,

Introduction

1, The Virtual Network,
2, Sparta Rises Again
3, businessbook
4, American butterfly

Lots of different versions, from picture books for 2 year olds, to post PHD

1 The Virtual Network will start with the Retrospect chapter, then go into the development of S-World, then demonstrate how Une will have assets of $Billion in 16 years.

The Spartan Theory: Book 1, Chapter 43
“The Virtual Network”
The American Butterfly.

5.56 pm Monday December 26th 2011

In this chapter I will attempt to outline the framework for reversing the USA debt crisis, the more useful incites to be put into an economic plan at a later date.

I’ve just got back from a incite full walk, and I have come to the conclusion we are going to have to call on the economic mathematics of “The Beautiful Butterfly Effect”, hence the chapter title.

A word on Economics.

Economics comes from the Greek word OICONOMIA literal definition “The management of a household.”
About 500 years ago, we ran a goods based economic system; simply put people purchased raw goods, food, wood etc. etc.

In the industrial revolution, it changed to a commodity based economy, as the majority of sales were commodities, trains, clocks etc.

In the 1960’s along came the serviced based economy, commodities had guarantees; Inn’s became service orientated hotels.

At the beginning of the 21st Century along came the experience based economy, phones had games, and along came facebook, turning communication into an experience worth coming back for again and again.

“The Spartan Theory” is the next evolution of economics (EEE) the “Ecological Experience Economy”. Whether the ecological word was introduced for the right reasons and then became the key element, or whether it was the other way around, I can’t remember, it does however make a huge difference, following nature’s part creates a less chaotic journey.

What is “The Spartan Theory” well it is everything that is contained on www.s-world.biz its history however is recorded in April 2011: “History of The Spartan Theory” > If you care for my interpretation in one paragraph.

“The Spartan Theory” crosses many theories connected by “Chaos Theory” the most simple of theories. Just consider Chaos, is not cool, and removing it is awesome. By organizing business, economies & governments in a less chaotic manor a new flourishing economy will emerge.

Within “Chaos Theory” lives the Butterfly Effect, I’m sure you have heard the saying: “The beat of butterfly’s wings over Los Vegas can create a typhoon in Thailand” or a similar one at least, the knife however cuts both ways, as the same butterfly can create rain in Africa. This is what I call “The Beautiful Butterfly Effect”, the ripple of cause and effect, the beauty of action and reaction caused by positivity and the removal of chaos. The best place to take inspiration is within nature, hence The Ecological Experience Economy”

An Ecology example, where doing the right thing turned out to be extremely profitable worthy of 2 maybe $4trillion in investment from Oil, Gas, Coal companies etc.

There are about 85,000 dams in the USA, it seems many are in need of care, I can’t find statistics on how many are hydroelectric. I have however found an energy consumption graphic it’s interesting that wind energy has increased substantially from 2000 to 2010, this may mean that it’s cheaper to build wind farms than it is dams. The line graph is however annoying as it seems to suggests hydro eclectic power and wind power are now equal, where as the other graphs say its only 1/3rd. For now we are going to concentrate on Hydro Eclectic power and let the experts perfect the logistics later.

The graph suggests that hydroelectric power in the USA counts for fewer than three percent. Source: http://www.eia.gov/totalenergy/data/annual/index.cfm#renewable

Next I’ve found a useful diagram that looks at Supply and Demand

Ok so the USA today uses 120Q BTU’s, wow that’s the first time I’ve got to write Quadrillion, cool?. So as a like becomes a harmless “B” and a Trillion an intriguing “T” now a quadrillion becomes a simple “QT” and as it’s such a radically large figure it is akin to “QT” (Quantum Theory), Thank you Mr. Cox.

So, I wonder how much electricity a big ass dam produces.

Interesting but no output figures http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hoover_Dam

Ok this is good http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hydroelectricity It tells us a super Dam could produce 15GW = 15 gigawatt = 15,000 megawatts = enough power for 15,000 Air Craft Carriers, for a year playing war games with the Chinese around the Sumerian Coast Somalia. (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Watt)

Megawatt

The megawatt is equal to one million (106) watts. Many events or machines produce or sustain the conversion of energy on this scale, including lightning strikes; large electric motors; large warships such as aircraft carriers, cruisers, and submarines; large server farms or data centers

See also: List of largest power stations in the world and List of largest hydroelectric power stations

Gigawatt

The gigawatt is equal to one billion (109) watts or 1 gigawatt = 1000 megawatts

Although no official definition exists for the capacity range of large hydroelectric power stations, facilities from over a few hundred megawatts to more than 10 GW are generally considered large hydroelectric facilities. Currently, only three facilities over 10 GW (10,000 MW) are in operation worldwide; Three Gorges Dam at 22.5 GW, Itaipu Dam at 14 GW, and Guri Dam at 10.2 GW. Large-scale hydroelectric power stations are more commonly seen as the largest power producing facilities in the world, with some hydroelectric facilities capable of generating more than double the installed capacities of the current largest nuclear power stations.

The Three Gorges Dam is the largest operating hydroelectric power station, at 22,500 MW.

Now we need to divide the total USA energy usage by the power of a super dam’s to see how many Dam’s are needed to power the USA.

Ok so a Quadrillion BTU’s, I can see this is going to get a little complicated :( there’s probably a very simple way to work this out but I can’t see it,

Kilowatt = 1,000 Watt’s = (103), (3 Zero ’s )

One kilowatt of power is approximately equal to 1.34 horsepower. A small electric heater with one heating element can use 1.0 kilowatt,

Megawatt = 1,000,000 Watt’s (106)

The megawatt is equal to one million (106) watts. Many events or machines produce or sustain the conversion of energy on this scale, aircraft carriers, cruisers, and submarines; large server farms or data centers;

Gigawatt = 1,000,000,000 Watt’s (109) (One Billion)

The gigawatt is equal to one billion (109) watts or 1 gigawatt = 1000 megawatts. This unit is sometimes used for large power plants or power grids.

Terawatt = 1,000,000,000,000 Watt’s (1012) (One Trillion)
The terawatt is equal to one trillion (1012) watts. The total power used by humans worldwide (about 16 TW in 2006) is commonly measured in this unit. The most powerful lasers from the mid-1960s to the mid-1990s produced power in terawatts, but only for nanosecond time frames. The average strike of lightning peaks at 1 terawatt, but these strokes only last for 30microseconds.

Quadrillion BTU’s = 1,000,000,000,000,000 (1015) or (1024)
A Quadrillion may mean either of the two numbers 1015 or 1024 (hmm guys having the same number equaling two different amounts is highly chaotic especially when it’s this big!) I’ll work on the smaller one

115 Quadrillion BTU’s divided by 15 Gigawatt.

USA 115 X (1015) BTU’s = 115,000,000,000,000,000 (11.517) or (11.526)

15 Gigawatt = 15,000,000,000,000 (1513) Billion Watts)

Ok so now we need to adjust the zero’s (each small number represents a zero, so to make the 17 equal to 13 we deed to add 4 zeros to the 11.5

17 here (11.517) is a zero, so to balance them out I need to take the 17 to 15 so I need to add the difference (2) in zeros to the figure I am removing them from.

W: 1513 = BTU: 11.517

W: 1513 = BTU: 1,150,00013

One watt equals 3.412 BTU (http://www.borino.com/GYC/wattsbtu_calculator.htm)

So now we need to divide the BTU’s by 3.412

= 337,046

Divide by 15 as we have W: 1513

= 22,470 Super Dams needed to power the USA.

Ok have you seen the mistake? I’ve used the Terawatt (1012) for the Gigawatt (109), that means another three Zeros, = 22,470,000 Super Dams needed to power the USA. Which is obviously wrong? Arrrrrrrr.

Ok lets look at the Terawatt definition, it mentions: The total power used by humans
worldwide (about 16 TW in 2006), lets work out what it is in 2012

http://205.254.135.7/forecasts/ieo/

Ok this is estimated and in BTU, however the good news is we are looking at only a 7% rise so 17.1 TW in 2012.
Now we need to work out the USA percentage of global power the USA uses.

Hold on from Wikipedia: Energy markets have combined crisis recovery and strong industry dynamism. Energy consumption in the G20 soared by more than 5% in 2010.

We had better work on 18 TW is 2012.

This is interesting

In 2008, total worldwide energy consumption was 474 exajoules (474×1018 J=132,000 TWh). This is equivalent to an average energy consumption rate of 15 terawatts (1.504×1013 W).[1] The potential for renewable energy is: solar energy 1600 EJ (444,000 TWh), wind power 600 EJ (167,000 TWh), geothermal energy 500 EJ (139,000 TWh), biomass 250 EJ (70,000 TWh), hydropower 50 EJ (14,000 TWh) and ocean energy1 EJ (280 TWh).[6]

Don’t completely get the potential, maybe it means this is how much could be made, if so more than is needed, I’ll come back to this. The interesting part is only 15 terawatts in 2008 one less than the year before according to Wikipedia, I guess that’s why they need more money, don’t worry guys, as soon as I have some money its yours xx

Let’s go back down to 17 TW of power in 2012.

And to the USA usage VS the world
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/World_energy_consumption

2008: USA 26.6 World 243.3 19%

This said the figures and measurements on this page are out of whack with the 17W per year, I’m going to have to consider that later, and maybe when I’m not listening to Death Cult & Virgin Prunes. (The best innovation is found at the edge of chaos, so by playing this music and concentrating on the economics, it drives innovation and makes me look in different places.)

Note: in 2005 Hydro created 816 GW a year, this sounds about right about 5% of world power.

Ok so what do we have?

In 2012 I estimate the world will use 17 TW of power, USA will use 19% = 3.2 TW

USA uses 3.2 TW a year.

Super dam creates 15 Gigawatt = 15,000,000,000,000 (1513) Billion Watts)

100 dams will create 1.5 x Terawatts = 15,000,000,000,000 (1513) Billion

200 Dams’ will power the USA, GRRRR that’s not right either.

Ok time for a song

Walls of Jericho – Virgin Prunes
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3uP_-QzpTzc

Which the way, the way we are going?
Which the way will save us all?
For I have been here for so long
For I have seen all i can see
I see further to a day, to a day never to come
With eyes in the back of my head
I see all around me
I didn’t know him for I didn’t see
To live once again, to live in dreams
To live once again, to live once again
The walls of Jericho
To walk on water, speak with fire
To live once again
I watched a man, a man he died
Nailed to a cross, nailed to a cross
He believes he can see the walls of Jericho

Yeah, that’s called taking it to a new level; well we are writing the USA economic recovery plan whist trying to make the USA smarter and greener.

“Smarter”? we will get to that in a while, but basically we will build 16 gigantic Cities of Science across North America, 12 in the USA, each City houses about 2 million Scientists, economists, business analysts, professors & student’s, So plus minus 20 million people in a constant state of education.

We will get to that a bit later, all be it if you wish to look at the rough plans for New Sparta in Greece you can do here: http://www.s-world.biz/New_Sparta/index.htm , and here http://www.s-world.biz/Sparta_Rises_Again/Rough_Draughts/index.htm.

Another way to explain is via “Removal of Chaos Theory” http://www.s-world.biz/Sparta_Rises_Again/EEE-14Billion_Years.htm (this one’s cool)

Or for an awesome journey through a number of theoretical sciences we are applying to the business and economics. http://www.s-world.biz/The_Social_Network_2/The_Virtual_Network_2_Chapter_41.htm (this one is awesome)

Back to the Dam’s

For now this http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_countries_by_electricity_consumption tells us the USA consumes 3,741,485,000 Mega Watts a year, I need to remove six zero’s for it to be Terawatts: Thus: 3,741TW. Back to hundreds of thousands of dam’s this is going round in circles, I think it has to do with measuring the time, some figures per day some per month some per year.

We will have to get back to the calculations and look at the objective, and bare in mind, people build dams to make money, as such a base commodity it’s a good investment.

The initial target is to create enough power supply 20% of USA energy, looking at imported oil as the main place to cut, this would really worry the Oil producers, so we tell them, If you pay for it, you will have your oil for longer, and a nice sideline in Powering the world, by a power that will never run out.

Its either that or someone’s going to Kill me, I’ve seen the movies.

The advantage of owning 20% of the USA energy market is money, lots. And to the stat that in part inspired this journey. Arrr can’t find it, now I don’t know how many dams we need and only my memory of a future I glanced at for less than a second. Great.

Ok as best I remember the USA import $550 Billion of Oil each year about 20% of USA consumption.

As with many “beautiful butterfly effect” projects (a flap of a butterflies wings create rain in Africa) we start with whish to achieve, and then work backwards and see all the additional benefits,

I don’t know how many dams & solar panels (not really liking the windmills much, great technology, but some birds and the geese are mighty upset)

Maybe its 2,000 dams maybe its 200,000, it’s in a way irrelevant, dams will make a profit and the, property, frills, science and general good pr and that happy feeling that goes with making a difference.

It was a good idea even before I considered the money from selling the power, why was it a good idea? Well besides the oil running out and the environment, it creates millions of jobs, as around the cluster’s of 1000 or so dams, will be a huge city, to house between 2 to 4 million people. That kind of development will take at least 1,000,000 construction workers (Spartan’s) and once complete house millions of people working on networking and advising America. Many of whom would have started their journey as a Spartan.

At the core of the project is building, as such the cheaper we can make building the less money we spend. Who do you think is more qualified to think up an idea to improve building economics or logistics, an academic that has not laid a brick, or a construction worker and athlete trained in the relevant subjects? Probably 50/50 but at the moment we are only getting 50% improvement. We are also favoring single mothers.

Ok now don’t be scared of big figures, this is all about the USA, their $15T and the extra 2T they are putting on each year. If we could make that 20% of power, then gave it freely to the USA government until such point that they were nicely in profit with half their debt balance paid of. Then Sell it as normal, well if that happened then ¼ of the way making the USA profitable.

Consider the jobs at one “C-Energy City” (cute name hey) two million.

Ahhh found an important oil stat from the USA debt clock, which is a scary ass looking website; I can tell you http://www.usdebtclock.org/#
$418Billion, I was close enough, 20% of target.

Social security in the USA is $7

Mandatory spending: $2.173 trillion (+14.9%)

- $695 billion (+4.9%) – Social Security
- $571 billion (+58.6%) – Unemployment/Welfare/Other mandatory spending

I can’t work out how much goes to unemployed people and their families.

This is funny, there are officially 13,115,500 unemployed.
This said there are actually 23,155,499 unemployed people.
Both from the same a reliable source http://www.usdebtclock.org/#

Ok so 23 Million it is, well that’s what we need, 12 USA Cities needing about 1.5 million workers each, total 18 Million, leaving a degree of work pool to choose from (not saturated)

We have to now apply another ripple of “The American Butterfly”

One worker can support a family and all will be housed, (1/4 salary automatically deducted for rent, this is accumulated as a mortgage, at the end of any 8 or 16 year contract, all will own their own homes,)

I’m going to make a broad estimate that off the combined Social security and welfare budget’s of $1,266 Trillion by employing and housing most of the 23 Million unemployed and the families the USA government will save $300 Billion.
So we need to add that to the 20% free energy, (all be it we don’t know how much it will cost to build yet)

$300 Billion saved on Social Security
$400 Billion given in free electricity.

Now before I go into any details about investment, I’m going to highlight another huge financial saving for the USA.

The second most expensive mandatory expense, mandatory meaning they have to pay this, why education is not in there confuses me greatly, but…
.
- $453 billion (+6.6%) – Medicare
- $290 billion (+12.0%) – Medicaid

$743 Billion, now I wonder how much of that is spent on drugs and prescriptions? Hmm can’t find anything. Let’s go $150 Billion.

Ok if you did not look at the links for New Sparta and the Greek economic recovery, we basically make a huge resort styled city dedicated to Science, ecology and the global economy.

The cost to investors is just over $1, Trillion, this is spit in four.

1. 250B 25% Infrastructure
2. 250B 25% Building
3. 250B 25% The Practical University and “Special Projects”
4. 250B 25% Purchasing land from Greece.

The thing to note here is the $250 Billion for the practical university; here 50% of the time is spent on “businessbook” (we will get to that later.) The other 50% is studying and researching special projects. There are currently only three special projects

• Special Project 1: “The Babylon Project”
Changing the weather, the ultimate chaos theories dream, I have not really got much of a clue about following the part of the butterfly through time and space, but I can always find a Hack for “Chaos Theory”. In this case we are doing it via our technology. “The Babylon Project” is a gigantic desalination project aimed at transforming an area 40,000 square Kilometers (the size of Greece) of mountainous desert, into tropical forests and moist farmland.

Desalination is taking sea water and removing the salt, so making fresh water and I guess a lot of salt. The main expense is the power, they use an awful lot, as such advances in alternate energy, construction, and manufacturing as all are used

• Special Project 1a: “Rain Africa”
Same as above in Africa

• Special Project 2: “free drugs & the happy worker”
Before, I go into detail; let’s have a look at the budget let’s say 2017 we have 32 Cities around the world, with many small cities in most other countries.
Big Cities 32 at 1Trillion each = $32T Smaller Cities 164 at $250Billion = $41Trillion

Total Global Investment = $32T + $41T = $73Trillion
25% goes strait to the University’s = $18.25 Trillion

We spread (ring fence) this over 16 years so per year we have $18.25 Trillion / 16 =

1.1 Trillion a year for the university,

Note: Figures do not include “Give half Back” (All companies return 25% of profit to the universities.

To put that in perspective the USA education budget is
$46.7 billion (+12.8%) – Department of Education

The total science City Practice University budget is 22 times the amount the USA spends. Are we getting it yet?

At the university, 50% is spent on “businessbook”, which we will get into detail about later, for now just consider about fifty million people working on creating software and an all powerful network for all trade, all businesses are monitored and advised on opportunities and threats by said 50 million people.

The savings to companies are immense from efficiency; it’s saving in financial departments to branding. The real hook however is the concern companies will have of being left behind in the technological age. And a 1.1Trilllion dollar research budget, everyone will see benefit in joining.

The trick however, is the system automatically pays tax, and for those that get a little creative, the benefits well out way the 5% or so of tax they were being creative with.

Those totally dodging tax however, will probably brake even but no longer have to live in fear.

Those companies the IRS are suspicious of that don’t use the software will I’m sure get a hard time.

I suggested a referendum in Greece, to make the software mandatory, the very threat of that will make even the most resistant of tax fraudster see sense as he’s going to get networked one day and they will be able to look back into the past and assess what’s what, and as best I believe in large cases of tax fraud you can go to prison.

Note: a large part of “Businessbook” is starting with the most troubled companies, not the best business sense, but it’s the best economic sense, as saving each business is a tiny little economic miracle in itself.

As such if the tax particularly the VAT is pushing a business into the red, we will prop up the company till it recovers, maybe the government may give them a VAT brake for that time, I cant say, it is however the best partnership strategy.

All in all we have a pretty sure fire way off accurately and instantly counting and collecting tax.
In 2007 The USA government estimated it lost about $350 Billion in tax,

I expect it’s more if using this “removal of Chaos Theory” method, they would never dream to think they would know everything, but to be safe I’ll stick at $350Billion

$300 Billion saved on Social Security
$400 Billion given in free electricity
$435 Billion extra tax yield via improved tax collection.

Hmmm, do I go back to the pharmaceuticals or go onto Sienna.Gov
Pharmaceuticals I think.

Back to

Special Project 2: “free drugs & the happy worker”

Basically as a special project they get a percentage of the balance of 50% $550 Billion, 15 to 20% id say, especially at first so we will work on 20% so $220 Billion a year.

This is largely on research into making all sorts of drugs, from copies of Seroqual to retrovirus to expensive cancer drugs. All made for the use of anyone in the world formula free and it really does not cost that much to manufacture a few million pills when you are only paying for the contents.

This will obviously upset the drug companies, so they can invest at a higher dividend rate, securing their returns for ever in exchange for all the formulas they have.

First we have our $743 Billion, on USA Medicare & Medicaid, and we conservatively thought the drugs bill was about $150. However, if one can properly medicate the entire population for anything that will improve their life, coping mechanisms and health in general, then I’d hope there would be a lot less people getting so sick they need to go to hospital, so saving, perhaps another $75 Billion, perhaps more.

You then have to consider the effect on the overall economy the 130 Million strong work force were sick less, fitter, stronger, and a lot less stressed, That’s probably far more that $75B but I’ll put it down as that, I’m going to add another $75 Billion.

So in total we have saved another $300 Billion: $150 “Free Drugs”, $75 less people need care, $75B “Stronger Workforce”

Now we are at: $1,435 Trillion

$300 Billion saved on Social Security
$400 Billion given in free electricity. (Not 100%)
$435 Billion gained via Sienna.Gov tax yield.
$300 Billion saved on Medical

Cool, we are estimating USA Debt will rise by $1, 9 Trillion, so we are well on the way.

Ok, now lets have a little sneak look at the defense budget shall we?

$663.7 billion (+12.7%) – Department of Defense (including Overseas Contingency Operations)

Yeah, this is not going to go down well with some but. WTF!

That’s not a defense budget that’s a war budget, you do not need a war budget, in reality you don’t need a defense budget, everyone is already armed and who’s going to invade? China? Why would they, they own a large part of America and are highly likely to own another trillion or so by the time they have looked at the various options available to them.

So we really got to look at this in the way the Germans are looking at the Euro. Set a budget relative to overall income; say 10% of all tax income and any country that goes over that get fined. One can of course contribute to the global defense league and as such have a greater say.

So we need to whittle that defense budget down to about $240 Billion and maybe $160 to the Global Defense League, which I guess is really just NATO with the Chinese’s, Russians and friends.

$300 Billion saved on Social Security
$400 Billion given in free electricity. (Not 100%)
$435 Billion gained via Sienna.Gov tax yield.
$300 Billion saved on Medical
$260 Billion saved on Defense

So now we are at: $16, 95 Trillion the citizens ecstatic, the generals really unhappy, well here some good news: Special Project one “The Babylon Project” is a peace initiative.
The picture, and slogan explains it best,

Making everyone’s lives a lot wetter: $1,024 Trillion
Stabilizing the Middle East:
Priceless

Special Project 3:
Global defense Network, research allocation 10% of $1.1T = $110 Billion.

This is a project to create a global defense grid powerful enough to stop a planet killer asteroid.

A man asks a janitor sweeping the floor “What are you doing?” He looks, shrugs and says, “Sweeping the floor”
A man asks a janitor at NASA sweeping the floor “What are you doing?” He looks up and proudly says, “I’m helping put a man on the Moon”

There is something about space that excites everyone, no matter what religion or language, gender or age. Having a goal, being a part of something, we have put a man on the Moon, now let’s carve out huge chunks and use it for armor for the flagship, while a network of 16 huge gigantic satellite platform’s are assembled equally around the earth, each has as many Nukes as they can fit. And no we’re not making new ones, this is the most logical unilateral disarmament plan, added value knowing you did not have to dismantle the things you spent so much making.

No I’m not kidding, this is Special Project 3, and it will not only unite the people across the world with a common cause, it will stir up belief in a common enemy, the asteroid, or worse. And as such the population of the USA especially ones connected to S-World will like the janitor at NASA be proud and work happier and with more dedication.

And I’ll take that as a 5% in general boost to USA workforce productivity and so 10% more in tax which if we include the extra from Sienna.Gov is about $150 Billion

$300 Billion saved on Social Security
$400 Billion given in free electricity. (Not 100%)
$435 Billion gained via Sienna.Gov tax yield.
$300 Billion saved on Medical
$260 Billion saved on Defense
$150 Billion workforce incentivized by worrying less about Alien’s, oops, I mean Asteroids.

So now we are at: $1,845 Trillion

So close, I’m sure there’s a lot more wings on this “American Butterfly” but its 2.40 am on New Years Eve and need to sleep, don’t want to, its not everyday, you shave a few Trillion of Business USA and make it profitable.

I’ve saved the biggest butterfly for last, but before I do I’ll need to mention that I hope this is only half the story. We have not touched on business and investment yet only the economic benefits to the USA if/when the business is concluded.

The biggest cash cow, to turn that $1,845 Trillion up to maybe $2,300 and so profitable by $400 Billion a year, (Total expected to spend $1.9Trillion) which they will use to pay of their debt, which will free up more money around the world.

What will make this extra $455 Billion, well this, the whole thing is so amazing that when it comes to be, the economy will spring into life, maybe even a golden age. As such USA businesses make more money and of course pay more tax as do the extra 20 Million or so workers who are now paying tax, Looking at how the economy dropped $3 to $4Billion, Considering the scale of what we are doing I think an extra $455 Billion a year is a fair estimate.
Ok, Night, Night Une and err I guess President Obama, Centre Romney and Mark Zuckerberg. Fine company you are keeping nowadays. ?

Tomorrow: Businessbook.

Ok, not tomorrow.

“businessbook”

Businessbook is intrinsically linked to all the economical benefits mentioned above, I estimate businessbook will make at least $4Trillion a year, when Phase one is complete (2017 – 2019).

Businessbook will connect everything to everything and change everything for everyone for ever.

Why am I qualified to write the specifications for businessbook?

Aside from the creating this business plan, by chance rather than design the key aspects of my life experiences have created the foundations for this project.

I’ll brake down these foundations.

In 2003, Sacha said, wow I get it that will make a billion, this was

Terawatt
The terawatt is equal to one trillion (1012) watts. The total power used by humans worldwide (about 16 TW in 2006) is commonly measured in this unit. The most powerful lasers from the mid-1960s to the mid-1990s produced power in terawatts, but only for nanosecond time frames. The average strike of lightning peaks at 1 terawatt, but these strikes only last for 30microseconds.

Ok, I think I’ve got it we’re looking at two different measuring methods, BTU’s (British thermal unit’s) and Watts, as best as I can tell one Metric one imperial.

Ok so how many BTU’s are in a Watt, and how fast is everything going, Watt’s per second, minute, hour or more?

How many BTU per hour is a 1500 watt heater?

1 kW is 3,413 BTUs. Therefore, 1500 Watts = 1.5 kW and 1.5 kW x 3413 BTU/kW =
3 413 * 1.5 = 5 119.5 BTUs per hr for a 1500 Watt heater

1 kW is 3,413 BTUs.
1GW

Arrr, I cant find the speed.

A dam creates a lot of energy; I’m not sure how many dam’s there are in the world, The Mighty Google’s is stumped. But common sense dictates there are not that many, not the big ones at least. I’ve never come across one and the web being particularly devoid of content indicates there are not many.

quick example which I considered earlier today, the USA are spending over $500 Billion a year on importing oil, their consumption will increase and so will the price until it runs out at which point the USA and many other economies will see a complete economic meltdown.

We will get into where the two trillion dollars is going to come from a little later. For now we just need to concentrate on what we wish to achieve, which in this chapter is turning the USA economy into a profitable one.

$2 Trillion will build between 1000 and 2000 hydro electric Dam’s, this may be able to power the entire USA maybe only half, maybe just a quarter. If we set a target of half and until the USA made a profit, gave the electricity for free to the government, we have many advantages

1. It will save the USA about $300B per year.
2. It will create millions of jobs
3. It will improve the environment
4. It will buy more time to completely change to alternate energy so avoiding said meltdown when it runs out.

This exercise however will in time make a profit for inventors, as when the USA economy is in profit it is fair to sell the power.

And here we see by doing the right thing for the planet, we stimulate both GDP ratio and the economy at the same time, plus a host of other benefits.

Hence ecological projects immediately stimulate the economy and ultimately save money, whist experience projects capture the interest of the public or “masses” and as such create a trading platform. Hence the ecological experience economy or simply “EEE”

The main money spinner is exactly what I have described above, a trading platform, the evolution of networking makes it inevitable that in the not to distant future everything will be connected, there will be a global business network and as such a global trade network, with world trade in the region of $40 Trillion a year, if a company, country or alliance of countries and companies controlled such a network and took a 10% commission or services charge, that would generate $4Trillion a year.

With the aid of facebook and many other companies and countries we are doing right here, the difference between this “Global Trade Network” and ones envisioned by others, is that that $4 Trillion a year will be largely used for the betterment of mankind, ecological projects, mass education, the creation of free medicines and a host of other benefits all of which stimulate the global economy. This is called “The Spartan Theory” the history of which can be seen here http://www.s-world.biz/Spartan_Theory/History_of_the_Spartan_Theory.htm the entire ever growing project can be seen on the www.s-world.biz website.

Over the next few days, I will be applying “The Spartan Theory” and a host of other Theories to the USA debt crisis, before the final chapter ‘businessbook” is created for Mark Zuckerberg” and team facebook. This will not be the final chapter of “The Spartan Theory” just the final chapter in the first book on “The Spartan Theory” entitled “The Virtual Network

The only way to achieve any objective is to know what it is you want to achieve, and then break it down in to parts that will lead to such an achievement, reverse engineering success. So

Question: What is it that we wish to achieve?
Answer: USA Debt all paid of and the USA makes profit year on year so it can help other countries.

Timescale 16 years, immediate objective: Stop the USA falling further into debt.
Before we look into how we are going to do this I’d like to do a quick SWOT analysis of the USA in general, not necessarily immediately specific to economics.

SWOT Analysis

Strengths:

1. Gigantic GDP +/-$14.5 Trillion(Gross Domestic product) (What they sell) nearly as much as the entire European Union, more than twice the output of China, which comes in second place at +/-$5.9 Trillion.
2. Superior Technology
3. Superior Military
4. Lots of land

Weaknesses:

1. Loosing between $1.5T & $2T per year
2. Terrible financial accounting, and poor tax collecting methods
3. Large population out of work or cant work (180 Million.) Large rich/poor divide & High crime rate
4. Poor political system, no consistent CEO and Board of Directors advising over departments.

Opportunities:

1. To continue having the largest GDP
2. Has the technology and infrastructure to create a country un reliant on fossil fuel
3. Lead the world in EEE – Economics
4. Initiate the “Global Defense League and Platform”

Threats:

1. Dependent on Oil
2. Capitalistic/fascist nature of right wing contingent has in the past lead to very expensive wars, which can not no longer be afforded
3. Religious population intolerant of other people of faith, may cause further division in the world
4. Deigning Palestine sovereignty creates terrorist attacks on the USA and many other countries across the world.

Now let’s look at why the problem occurred in the first place.

First let’s have a quick look at the history of USA Debt, in Billions Source: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_States_public_debt

1910: 02.7
1920: 26
1930: 16
1940: 43
1950: 257
1960: 286
1970: 370
1980: 907
1990: 3,233
2000: 5,674
2001: 5,807
2002: 6,228
2003: 6,783
2004: 7,374
2005: 7,933
2006: 8,507
2007: 9,008
2008: 10,025
2009: 11,910
2010: 13,562

Only once over the last two centuries has the debt decreased.
Since the 1970’s we have seen consistent leaps in borrowing each decade and in the 21st Century each year.
Let’s have a look at the specific borrowing this century.

2000 $18 Billion
2001 $133 Billion (7/11)
2002 $421 Billion
2003 $570 Billion
2004 $596 Billion
2005 $539 Billion
2006 $575 Billion
2007 $500 Billion
2008 $1,018 Billion
2009 $1,887 Billion
2010 $1,653 Billion
2011 $1,900 Billion ($633 for 4 months (Oct to Feb)

Here we see an inconsistency in 2000, between the two sets of Data, this could be different ways of counting a year (Oct to Aug) vs. (Jan to Dec), or it may reflect the lack of a 1999 in the overall debt report, or it could be a mistake. What we can see for certain is a dramatic rise after 7/11 that never went away.

It’s a shame I can only get budget figures from 2006,

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2006_United_States_federal_budget
Note: I’m not convinced about these figures, and may adjust if items seem out of place:
First I want to look at the Expected and actual Tax Receipts, which as best I can see are the main cause of the trouble.

• Indicated figure comes from “Total Revenue” which may well have an additional income source added to it.

So the first jump happened in 2008, the year of the Credit Crunch, looks like this and the increase in defense added up to the extra $500B

2009: Estimating a 15% increase in tax revenue when the world is on the brink of recession shows total and utter systematic failure within the USA government accounting systems, but that’s not really worse than the year before. What was the extra $860 Billion spent on? Ok they in general overspent $400 Billion over the Budget which was $400B over income forecast which in return was over estimated by $600 Billion and somewhere they managed to spend another $400B on top which was the estimated deficit.

We really are looking at total and utter breakdown of USA government financial systems and plain over estimating by many, many people that should have known better.

Note: If you have not read about the financial software designs, they collect tax and remove all humans from the accounting process providing the CEO or presiding with real time useful breakdowns designed to be understood by 12’s and over. Never has such software been needed more.

2010:

Note: The Government Accountability Office was unable to provide an audit opinion on the 2010 financial statements due to 'widespread material internal control weaknesses, significant uncertainties, and other limitations',

That’s not good, if you can’t count it, you have no idea how much you have and who is stealing from you.
At a guess, and its only a guess, this year President Obama was advised to increase spending in the public sector to stimulate the economy. As a 20% increase in budget created just over $1T in further debt, which is a lot, but stimulating the economy had worked in the past with recessions so it was well worth a go, and considering that borrowing went down by $200 Billion from the year before, when the financial systems imploded and everything went over budget this year was a significant improvement on the last.

Note: Social Security went up 59% to $571 Billion, this may well be due to election promises and in general trying to do the right thing, however $300 Billion a year is a lot. Giving more money is easy, taking it away again is near impossible.

Note: In the case of countries (like Britain and America) that have trade as well as budget deficits, higher taxes will be needed to meet the claims of foreign creditors. Given the political implications of such austerity, the temptation will be to default by stealth, by letting their currencies depreciate. Investors are increasingly alive to this danger..."[14]

The U.S. budget situation has deteriorated significantly since 2001, when the Congressional Budget Office (CBO) forecast average annual surpluses of approximately $850 billion from 2009–2012. The average deficit forecast in each of those years is now approximately $1.215 trillion.

2011:

President Barack Obama proposed his 2011 budget during February 2010. He has indicated that jobs, health care, clean energy, education, and infrastructure will be priorities.

You will note that all of Barak Obama’s priorities are covered in EEE, in fact, they are the basis of the economy.

Its getting to crunch time, with the budget not decreasing and trouble in congress, one more year and it start’s to fall apart, two more years it will fall apart after that it implodes and most likely the world with it.
Ok Time for Sienna to save the day.

How to fix this!

Ok objectives
